Who I am

claudiucoca.ro is my personal and professional site — Dr. Claudiu Coca, orthodontist in Bucharest, Romania. For any question about your data, write to me through the contact page.

What data this site processes

The site has no forms and asks for no personal data to browse it. Processing is minimal:

• Technical server logs — the hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, pages accessed, and access time in standard access logs. I use these solely for the security and proper operation of the site (legitimate interest); they are deleted periodically through normal log rotation.
• Correspondence you initiate — if you email or call me, I process the data you choose to share strictly to reply to you.

I do not sell or share this data with anyone; I make no automated decisions and do no profiling.

Third-party services

Embedded videos are hosted on YouTube and fonts load from Google Fonts — both belong to Google, which may process your IP address under its privacy policy. Cookies are covered separately in the cookie policy.

Patient data

My patients' medical data is not collected, stored, or processed through this site. It is handled exclusively at the practice, under medical law and the GDPR.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability over your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) — dataprotection.ro.

Updates

This policy is updated whenever the site changes; the date of the current version appears at the top of the page.
